DrugBank helps people in Vietnam look up registered medication information from official pharmaceutical data sources. It is meant to make basic verification faster for everyday users while still encouraging professional medical advice for treatment decisions.

Overview

DrugBank is a free mobile utility that allows users to search for comprehensive medication data directly on their phones. It serves as a portal for information about the pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam, including:

• Registered medications: Details for thousands of licensed drugs.
• Origin and composition: Manufacturers, active ingredients, registration numbers, and declared prices.
• GPP pharmacy network: Searchable information about Good Pharmacy Practice pharmacies across Vietnam.

Motivation

The idea for DrugBank came from wanting to protect my own family from counterfeit or poor-quality medicines. I realized that people without medical training often find it difficult to verify whether a product is genuine or properly licensed.

While the official Pharmaceutical Industry Database exists, its interface wasn't always optimized for mobile users. I created DrugBank to make this valuable data more accessible through a simple, user-friendly mobile application.
