ThreadMan Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ThreadMan, a mobile game developed and published by HomieLab ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using ThreadMan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

ThreadMan is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may use the app only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You must not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain unfair advantages.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other methods to manipulate gameplay or leaderboard results.
• Attempt to interfere with the app, its servers, leaderboard services, or other users.
• Use the app for unlawful purposes.

2. Purchases

ThreadMan may offer optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The primary premium purchase is Lifetime All-Access, a one-time purchase that unlocks the premium features described in the purchase screen.

Purchases are processed by the applicable app store. We do not directly receive or store your payment card, bank account, or other payment credentials.

Prices, taxes, payment methods, purchase confirmation, refunds, and other transaction matters are handled according to the policies and terms of the applicable app store.

3. Lifetime All-Access

Lifetime All-Access is a non-consumable, one-time purchase.

Once successfully purchased, the applicable premium entitlement is intended to remain available for the supported app/store account, subject to the capabilities and policies of Apple or Google.

If you reinstall the app, change devices, or clear local app data, you may need to use the app's available restore-purchase functionality to recover your purchase.

The availability and restoration of purchases may depend on the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to make the purchase.

4. Leaderboards

ThreadMan may provide optional online leaderboard features.

When you use leaderboard functionality, ThreadMan may process information such as:

• Your chosen nickname or codename.
• An anonymous Game Player ID.
• Your score and score-related gameplay information.

Leaderboard participation is optional. Core gameplay can be played offline, although online features require an internet connection.

You must not submit offensive, abusive, impersonating, or unlawful nicknames.

We reserve the right to remove or reset leaderboard entries that we reasonably believe were generated through cheating, exploitation, automation, or other unfair methods.

5. Availability and Internet Connection

Core gameplay is designed to work offline.

Certain features, including leaderboard functionality and in-app purchases, may require an internet connection and may not be available at all times.

We do not guarantee that online features will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

6. Intellectual Property

ThreadMan, including its software, game design, graphics, characters, artwork, music, sound effects, text, logos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to HomieLab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from ThreadMan or its content without permission.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue parts of ThreadMan from time to time.

Updates may change gameplay mechanics, features, content, compatibility, or technical requirements.

We may also update these Terms when reasonably necessary. The updated version will be published with a revised "Last updated" date.

8. Disclaimer

ThreadMan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HomieLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of ThreadMan.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using ThreadMan at any time by uninstalling the app.

We may restrict or discontinue access to online features, including leaderboards, where reasonably necessary to protect the service, address abuse, or comply with legal requirements.

11. Apple App Store Terms

If you download ThreadMan from the Apple App Store, your use of ThreadMan is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

Apple is not responsible for ThreadMan, its content, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms are between you and HomieLab, not Apple.

12. Google Play Terms

If you download ThreadMan from Google Play, your use of ThreadMan is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Google is not responsible for ThreadMan, its content, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms are between you and HomieLab, not Google.

13. Privacy

Your use of ThreadMan is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use the app.
